Exchange and Return Policy

Thank you for shopping at COCON Studio! We hope you love your purchase. If you need to exchange or return an item, we're here to help. Please read our policy below for details.

Returns

  1. Eligibility:

    • Items must be returned within 14 days from the date of purchase.
    • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

  2. Process:

    • Start your return process by contacting our customer service at cocon.studio.cs@gmail.com or WhatsApp +380 67 797 03 51.
    • You will receive instructions on how to send your item back.

  3. Shipping:

    • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made a mistake with your order.
    • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for items lost during return shipping.

  4. Refunds:

    • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
    • Approved refunds will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 15 days.
    • Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

  1. Eligibility:

    • Items must be exchanged within 30 days from the date of purchase.
    • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

  2. Process:

    • To exchange an item, contact our customer service at cocon.studio.cs@gmail.com or WhatsApp +380 67 797 03 51.
    • Specify the item you want to exchange and the new item you would like.

  3. Shipping:

    • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for the original item unless it is defective or we made a mistake with your order.
    • We will cover the shipping costs for sending the exchanged item to you.

  4. Availability:

    • Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the item is not available, we will process a refund.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at cocon.studio.cs@gmail.com or WhatsApp +380 67 797 03 51 with your order number and a photo of the item.
  • We will arrange for a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
